![]() ![]() Upload the PST to O365 and deal with duplicates or tell the client to be very, very patient and hope for the best. 48 hours is nothing, even if your client has remembered to leave Outlook running and not let his PC go to sleep for that entire time. In theory, it should eventually sync with O365, but it will be very slow. ![]() ![]() ![]() Importing into the local copy of Outlook definitely isn't the best way to do this. I downloaded their PST from Godaddy and imported to Microsoft Office 365 using Outlook 2016.Īll looks good until I realize the sub folders doesn't have any emails in the OWA, but it's showing on the desktop Outlook 2016 I imported from. I recently changed a client's email account from GoDaddy Office 365 to Microsoft Office 365. ![]()
